New Teams / New Team Member

So excited for London to join the Student Link Team.  She will be an incredible add and will be helping launch SL at Friendship Church Prior Lake this fall.

Team Rekindle

Two incredible trips coming up for me.  I will be going with the FC High School team to Madison at the end of July.  SL is represented well with 10 of us going.  

Then in September we are headed back to Czech with this fabulous team.  The team is currently going through SL and ready to serve.  We will be hosting English classes at the public school, helping at after school clubs and hosting a Skeptics Journey Seminar.

One way SL is serving this summer is helping with

the off-site FC events.  We were the first host house and served dinner for 60+ people for June. The team and students came together to make it happen.

Concluded the month helping with Sonlife Youth event eXperience Jesus (XJ) in Chicago at Moody Bible Institute.  This year I had the privilege of being a co-trainer for their Net training.  This looked at how do we cultivate, plant and reap a harvest (CPR). We had over 200 youth and leaders attend this year. 

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not trust in your own understanding. Agree with Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight.

Praises & Prayer

• Praises: God continues to expand Student Link.  We have potential 3 groups starting out of the Chicago trip. Please pray for those groups to grow to be disciple-makers.

• Praises: Kelly and Steve Solheim are back in the States sharing about their ministry and the main message is how Student Link has launched their ministry.

• Prayer: Friendship church has said yes to having Student Link in both campuses this fall. Pray for leaders to lead and students to attend.

• Pray for family peace as we attend the funeral of Rick’s dad.
