Czech is a huge part of who I am, but it wouldn't be that way if it wasn't for the way God first became the most important part of my life. I have experienced God's consistency through the roller coaster of life events and confidently know my relationship with Him is the most important part of life's journey. He faithfully demonstrates unconditional love and teaches me to trust Him in each step. Read more on my BLOG.
Mission
I hope you experience a piece of my passion to share God's love throughout the Czech Republic as you read these stories, prayers, and look through the abundant amount of pictures! I titled this blog "Love is a Universal Language" because it is one of the most important lessons I have learned on my trips to Czech. Even though the children I work with do not speak much English (and my Czech language is still in progress), I have realized that the demonstration of God's love is completely universally understood.
Vision
Our ministry locations include the cities of Letovice (~6,700 people), Boskovice (~12,000 people), and Velke Opatovice (~3,600 people). There are many children in these three cities, but a lack of activities for students to be involved in. Many communities in Czech experience this, and as a result, there is an unsettling high use of illegal substances by minors. Additionally, Czech is one of the most atheistic countries in the world (0.5% Evangelical according to SEND International). This is mainly due to the influence of oppression in Czech history, thus many people get caught in a position of experiencing a lack of hope.
