Student Link Dec 2025 Newsletter

As we finish up 2025 and start planning for 2026, so grateful for how God is continuing to use Student

Link around the world.  And I’m amazed at the plans for 2026.

We finish 2025 with 12 students committed to continuing Student Link for 2026 at Friendship Church.  Looks like our prayers for a male leader in PL has been answered.  Greg Strock and Dean have said yes.

Plans for 2026:

• February the SL team will be attending the Sonlife Conference in FL.  SL will cover the cost to bring the 4 of us down.  We all will help with the conference and attend the training sessions on Wednesday & Thursday.

• March We will be a part of the Friendship Church missions weekend and  I will be attending the Sonlife Lead Team retreat.

• April – We are looking at attending Duluth Blitz with the Friendship Church SL Students.  I have been invited to go to Columbia to be the speaker at a woman’s conference.

• June – I will take a group to Sonlife’s XJ and be a trainer for them.

• September – Kendra and I will lead a team for Rekindle to Czech.

A commercial space has come to my attention as a potential Student Link location in Prior Lake.  We would use the space for: SL team meetings,  Skeptics Journey seminars, mission trip planning meetings, SL group events, Breakfast Club.  Other possibilities include training by Mark Gold. This is a big financial commitment that I am trying to discern God’s will on this.

Praises & Prayer:

So grateful for this season when we can stop and reflect on all Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit have done.  Praying this Christmas season you receive the most incredible gift ever – Jesus as your Savior.

• Prayer: Wisdom and discernment as we look to 2026 planning. What to say yes to and what to let go of.

• Prayer: God continues to cover the cost of Student Link.  May 2026 continue that blessing.

• Praise: All SL students have said yes to continuing next year.
