Student Link August 2025 newsletter

Student Link groups continue to go strong with 3 adults discipling 13 students.  The group came together to plan Friendship Church’s Student Link kick-off October 22^nd.

Attended William’s white coat ceremony which starts the long process of becoming a

doctor.  So proud of all his hard work to get to this point.

Student Link served as a group by providing the food for Friendship Church Youth event.  

We are extremely excited to go do ministry with this wonderful group at Letovice pictured below.  The start of the trip has been a little bumpy:

• Our flights were changed from Thursday through Amsterdam to Friday through Paris. So now we will be arriving in Letovice at midnight on Saturday. 

• My dog Sputnik has been sick all week. He is showing signs of being better tonight so hoping we have turned the corner and we can leave with a peace of mind.

• Forgotten passport in MN (sent overnight, pray it makes it)

  

But we know that God is sovereign over all.

Praises & Prayers:

• Praises: God continues to use Student Link around the world because HE makes it so.  Groups kicked off in Washington & Michigan state along with more groups in Honduras.  We will be launching a Breakfast Club Prayer in October.

• Prayer: October 22^nd kick-off to be filled with students hungry to follow Jesus at both campuses.

• Prayer: Rekindle team travels.  We are 90% funded – praise God. That all our luggage will make it. That God will be glorified

I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
