October Prayer Message
October 1, 2020
Dear partners in prayer, Happy October,
Phil. 4:4-7
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be make known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
AMEN…..
Well, my youth retreat for October just postponed until next May.
Karen’s women’s Bible study is going great. (3 locations) Please pray that these women will learn, obey, and make other disciples that make other disciples that make other disciples.
I was in a teaching last week for international workers. Many have been sidelined from what they thought they were called to do. Since we can no longer look at a world map and consider our next trip, we should go out on the front porch and open our eyes and listen to the Holy Spirit. Please pray for our neighbors that are moving towards Christ and those that don’t seem to be.
We continue to be amazed at God’s provision of daily bread. After you prayed last month, we had an unexplainable jump in income. God heard you and answered.
Karen goes home to New York, Oct. 22-Nov. 10. Please pray for safety coming and going and the weirdness of quarantine while she’s there.
