GLP - Mark & Karen's August Prayers
Dear Praying friends,
At lunch today a friend of mine told me about a dream his friend just had. It was about a specific local church. As he was driving to church on Sunday morning, there was a traffic jam. Seems like everyone was trying to get to church. The church parking lot was full. The church building was packed with people. He asked someone in the crowd, “Why has everyone come to church today?”
The answer, “This church prays for people. We’re here to be prayed for!”
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God , which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Thank you for covering us in Czech. God did so many wonderful things as mighty as redeeming a husband and his son. Redeeming so many youth. Redeeming a regionally famous actor. As mundane as getting us in and out of Amsterdam airport days after it shut down and days before all luggage handling was shut down.
While some of us were sick, other team members were able to work in the power of the Holy Spirit to make up for the empty spots.
God created an appointment with a 25 year old young man that I witnessed to 10 years ago with a singles pastor in his new town. We have been praying for 10 years!!! He said he was willing to come to the singles group. WOW and AMEN!
The month of August looks mundane. I am so excited about writing to you next month to tell you who God has collided me with in His plan this month.
Please pray, I have 3 guys I am weekly mentoring. I have an international pastor I will meet with twice this month as we make plans for next year.
How can Karen and I pray for you?
